As a SoCal native, Alyssa Olinger is an all-around expert in the nuances of each submarket throughout both Los Angeles and Orange County. She started in sales at the age of 12 when she ran a fruit stand at her local farmer’s market in Valencia. She studied at Chapman University where her schooling in Orange County real estate began as she split her time between Old Towne Orange and Newport.
Post grad, Alyssa perfected her people skills in entertainment by working in talent management at Paradigm, developing syndicated tv shows at Warner Brothers and eventually producing projects at MTV for their strategic brand partnerships arm at ViacomCBS Digital Studios. In 2018 she dipped her toes in e-commerce when she launched a successful online re-sale company. Her extensive sales and marketing know-how provided Alyssa the perfect gateway into real estate.
